Poor Service
I placed an order on 21 November, according to Rain delivery time is 3-5working days, today is the 9th December, I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them on 29 November,no response received from Rain, sent a follow up email again on 5 December, NO RESPONSE. There website says "delivered fast to you from Rain" DONT believe it, it's a catch.
Perthatic service, honestly speaking if you looking at Rain , do not waste your time, there service sucks and to get hold of them is IMPOSSIBLE, no contact numbers and they don't respond to emails

It is now the 19th December, I am still waiting for my order. Can someone from Rain please call me to attend to your perthatic service you are giving. I'm coming to a point of cancelling this service. You guys don't have a contact number and neither do you reply emails, why don't you have a contact number??? Afraid of the influx of calls you will get complaining about your service???

This is the level of service you offer. I'm sure payment you take it the same day you have to and there's no delay on that
