Poor service

Signed up with Rain yesterday. Router delivered today. No internet access. Support tells me there is a problem connecting to the tower and it will take up to 24 hours to sort out. What a terrible start to a business relationship. Seriously considering to cancel this and claim my money back. Never had such poor service. will not recommend anyone to try this. No apology operator just agreed to cancel my subscription if I so wish. Very unprofessional.
