poor service

my wifi has been off for the past 2 weeks, we have been calling the customer care more than 3 tyms a day, all consultants are dumb n of no use, they all ask u the same questions n promise to rectify the mistake n call back which they dnt,its really frustrating as its been paid up in full for the month n there us no help from any1.
