Poor service

Poor communication with their customers, i received a call from one of the technicians named Duhlani stating that he is going to collect the defective device but i never received a call before hand to arrange a time for collection and i specifically stated that the device should be collected at my place of work which is where i throughout the whole day and where my device was dropped of the first time, poor communication in this business paid for the whole month and cant even use it
