Poor service

Good day, I am really fed up with your courier company Ive been waiting for a week & 3 days for my sim I really feel it’s unfair that I had to pay for something that will take so long to arrive & ontop of that I’m purchasing data from my own expense whilst I paid for something I don’t have & which your courier company is failing to deliver. In this regard what happens should they not deliver & constantly say my address is invalid whereas they can’t even contact me will I be refunded the amount because this is totally not right! I repeat, I’m not going to pay for a months service whereas I only used a week or 2 weeks data that’s even if your courier company delivers my replacement sim within this week after I called them Monday & they said they would deliver Tuesday, Tuesday morning I called because no dispatch had been made the guy I spoke to said he will call me back with feedback 2 days later & no feedback nor dispatch done this id really annoying!!!! & no one is getting back to my query Mampho rep**** Monday & left me hanging after I advised that it’s a replacement sim
