poor service

Pathetic client services, I have signed up a week ago and no delivery yet. I called in 3 times today to check on my order and there was no movement. I requested twice today for a manager to call me back but luck. It seems that the rain management is walking on water as they are out of reach. The staff seems *********** all that you hear is " I understand sir '"
