POOR SERVICE

The Rain network is very slow. I ordered my device and tried using it with no luck. I tried all avenues of support to try to get the device working. Eventually after a lot of research and days (about a week) of no connectivity it started working. However there the speeds are slow...very S L O W! I tried contacting them with emails, logged tickets requesting a cancellation and refund with no luck. I am trying to sort this out before they bill me for another month where I have not used the service as it does not work.
