poor service

useless service delivery, call center gents say they will call you back but never do, no responses to my emails i even had to get a bit vulgar 3 weeks with one issue and , but they are very quick to debit money out your account. i will be cancelling my contract after this last period.. i recommend other future clients to not even consider using rain very unreliable when there are issues. i pay for 50MB line and only receive a max Download of 3MB and upload of less than 2MB
