Poor service

Unfortunately you needed to give a star to continue i would have taken away 2 stars of i could ... i was very happy with the firs year of service till i relocated and i submitted like 5 tickets so Rain can connect me to a closer tower ... but no luck ive been waiting 5 days for a reply today will be day number 6 ..still waiting it said 24 hour reply but more like 7 working days now ... this is soo horrible if no reply reaches me by the end of this week ... i will have to move to fibre and get it over with !
