POOR SERVICE!!!!

Your service really sucks. I called a few days to change my debit order date but now my connection has been disconnected and I cant call you guys. I paid end of the month, why does changing debit order date now disconnects my service. And I cant even call your damn call center because you keep cutting me off. Seriously Rain, your service sucks and I am really moving my subscription elsewhere!!!!!Nxa. I use this connection for work and how do you just cut my service off and expect a payment IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH.
