Poor Service
Very disappointing, I signed up for 35mbs but I cant even stream a movie and my upload speed doesnt go above 3mbs. They are refusing to give m an outside router and no longer attend to my complaints.

15 Apr 2024, 19:46First thing your router 101 is written for indoor us only, just that i cant send a pic on this platform otherwise i would have shown you. I want the device which gets mounted outside because the router I was given is for INDOOR USE ONLY. Secondly nothing was resolved from my end, actually the network is now worse, I haven't finished the movie I started watching in the morning. Thirdly no one from Rain even contacted me about the issue .
