Poor service

I'm am seriously unhappy with the consultants at RAIN... constantly taking down my delivery address incorrectly and i now have to hassle to get the sim card delivered to me. This is the 2nd time within a space of a month that a simple task turns into a nightmare. Please sort this out as im paying for a service that i cant use as the delivery wont be done anytime soon as the delivery address has been sorted, i called Ram and they dont seem to be helpful........
