poor service

these people don't even deserve a star. putrid service. when I took up the service was told I can cancel at anytime. I canceled beginning of Feb and these ****** charged me for Feb and took 3 times the installment without making arrangements with me. been waiting for someone to call me but nothing.

it's been 3 days and I'm still waiting on my refund. when will this be sorted? also requested a letter confirming the sim was canceled and also didn't receive that.
