Poor service
The service provided by rain team is poor Andrew can not keep their promise. The query was logged for the refund as device was returned to them with the Ram couriers. The refund request was done a monthly ago till this day, I still don't have my refund. This poor or no service at all.

This this bad service ,hthatewillebe tee 3rd consultant. Had Augus and Wayde they have being apologizing and to be frank I don't want an apology but a refund of money. The entire month of apologies and no refund. I've had enough apologies to last a life time. Just refund me my money as u have your device.
