Poor service!
It's so easy to get a router..... But o my !! After sales service is non existing!! Been trying for 3 months to get them to call to resolve issues!! Sending email after email with no response!! Been also contacting on social media only to get the same lame response "Rain help is on its way" ! And I am not the only idiot waiting for response.... Hundreds of people are complaining about the same issue....

Play music and people shouting in the background and when you try and get their attention above the PARTY NOISE they DROP the call!!! But ya I can't say that I expected anything more from a company that doesn't even know what my query is about after 3 months emails !!!
