POOR SERVICE

I wrote a review in Hello Peter last week regarding the lack of communication and disdain for customers from Rain after many months of trying to contact them. I received a reply through this forum on thee same day saying they will contact me. That is the last I heard! they reply for effect on a public forum but that is where it ends. Anyone know how I can contact the CEO
