POOR SERVICE

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Rain. The network performance has been extremely unreliable, with frequent slow speeds and unexpected disconnections. Even during times when the service should be stable, the connection often becomes unusable for basic tasks like browsing or streaming. What made the situation worse was the lack of effective customer support. Getting assistance was frustrating, with long response times and no clear solutions provided. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the issue remained unresolved despite multiple attempts to get help. For a service that is advertised as convenient and high-speed, the overall experience has been far below expectations. I had to deal with no service everyday from 17:00 till 22:00 while paying an amount of R 589 I stopped their service and they decided to go into the account that I did not authorize them to debit into and decided to take 2 times into that account. This is the worst service provider ever.
