Poor service

Hei Im a rain client, been having connection problem since february and iv been incontact with rain but they dont respond, yet they keep on trying to deduct their money subscription but i no longer deposit cause i dont use their sim since it gave me troubles..i only need them to fix it so i can continue with their service
