Poor service

I'm so disappointed with rain's services, I received my router and everything and I was told that I'll only pay the following month and yet when that month came I was charged twice, let alone the Sim cards that come with the package their not working, I requested for the recording that I had with that consultant, I never got it and yet they say:" I will get the recording upon request" but nothing, this month I paid their owed amount and they had the odyssity of dedicating it again on my account, I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds but will credit me, it a pity that I'm helping other people otherwise I'd cancel their service.
