Poor service

I lost my sim on the 17 September and the next day I logged it to get a sim swap and was told an agent will get back to me.

I waited a week no call, I called them and everything I wait for 20- 30 minutes and the call gets cut.

It been 3 weeks and I have been trying and till today no one has contacted me and even the references are no longer on the app.
