Poor service!!!

I bought a rain simcard on the 29/01/21. My sim card was delivered on the 02/02. I was then told that my simcard will be activated with 2 hours, 36 hours went by without my simcard being activated, whenever I call to inquire, I was always given the say response that they are still busy activating their system. On the 04/02 I cancelled my order. I was then told that I would be reimbursed in 7-10 days, that time has lapsed but still I have not being reimbursed and no correspondence whatsoever from their side. I am disappointed of their poor service, they do not deliver and they ***********.
