Poor service

I am really frustrated and disappointed with service I am receiving from Rain, before i signed up I called 4 times to check if connectivity is available for the location I will require to use there router. 2 weeks later I have been struggling with network issues from the 1st day I have received it. I have called them 4 times and 2 of those times I have held the line for over 5 minutes with no answer and the 2 times I have been able to reach them I sat on the phone for 24 minutes while moving the router in different rooms in the house and next thing thier agents go silent on the phone with no resolution and I have also sent 4 online request to be contacted but still nothing 😡😡😡 I am really frustrated by this now.
