Poor service

I have not used the service since last year June, but now I'm in arrears with R2400 I've sent numerous emails and got two reference numbers, but no one has gotten back to me since then. I've called and was told it was an error in the billing department and that someone would call me back. It's been 6 months now still no feedback.
