Poor service

We bought Rain 5G two weeks ago. The delivery of the device was really quick once purchased. However since having the device we have been unable to use it. My husband has tried on numerous occasions to contact Rain and get the matter sorted. To-date we have had no response to our query. At this rate, they can take their 5G device back and reimburse us. This is absolutely shocking service!!!
