Poor Service

Rain router was delivered to me on the 10th of this month everything was fine till i plugged in the router, the courier guy told me that after plugging it in i should wait an hour then every it will be fine

But ever since this router came it has been buffering so much that even when we connect on our phones it says no internet connection at this point i dont know what to do i have sended numerous tickets and non of them have been responded to it is so pathetic for this rain people that even when you experience issues with their router they fail to respond and resolve the problem ive done everything from re-setting the router and rebooting it now it is even buffering more

All i can say is thst can they just come and take back their router because wow poor service
