**** poor service
I have placed an order for the 5G rain modern and was billed twice on the 30th June 2021 when I’ve tried to get my refund I’m taken from pillar to post from the 1st of July till to date I still haven’t received my refund. Plus the order was delivered after 3 weeks when it was supporting be delivered after 3 days.
I hav even inconvenienced where I had to borrow money to be able to get to work cause of the refund that takes the whole year to be done

31 Jul 2021, 12:56I’ve heard that statement since the 12th of July the 10days you taking about us not true. Be spoken to so many consultants at your call center o can mention names and dates. All the time they tell me they’ll escalate it to the finance department and still the finance department is not doing anything. My banking details were taken twice now and still nothing’s please don’t tell me that line again. Execute my refund that’s all
