Poor service

I purchased a router online with Rain a consultant by the name of Micah assisted me then we were not successful with the payment so I promised to transfer the payment on Saturday 22/06/24 so he left my application activated for me to do the transfer of which. I did it as promised and it went through the payment was successful but Micah never phoned me as promised. On Monday the24 June I phoned Rain wanting to confirm my payment I was attended by a lady called Faith I asked her to put me through to the person I spoke to the first time she refused and say she doesn't know that person I said my application information is on your system she told me that she can see I'm on the system but she don't know the person am talking of so she asked me to pay extra money of R59 and I said I already paid R119.00 she requested a proof of payment to be emailed to her and gave me the email address (***)she even promised to phone in 30 minutes after we spoke .I did email the proof of payment everything went through but she never phoned me as promised the following day on the 25 I send an email to her again she never returned back to me,I expected my delivery on Wednesday the 26th until to date I never received any call or any correspondence from Faith @ Rain I feel like reversing my payment as I was never satisfied with the service I got from this lady Faith Mkrola(Poor Service)
