Poor service .

The worst service ever..I have been using the service provider since last year February .Started to experience bad connection from August2020 I thought maybe it was the router or something .I reported the matter countless times got a replacement router finally two months later and it gave the same problem .I decided to cancel the service mind you they debited two months from my account without internet (R2000).After cancellation they arranged with RAM without my consent to come collect the router,aftr failing to get hold of me they kept on calling me like a stole their property ..iam stil waiting for my refund even today.

I dont even what to touch how useless their call center is .
