Poor service.

Good day, I'm very unhappy with RAIN poor service received, whenever you want their assistance they will tell you to go to their app, you submit a ticket and you get an email response saying one of their agent will call you back, which they don't. I recently took package with RAIN, where I pay R559 for the 5G unlimited data plus 4Gx2 limited data, 60 minutes VM and 100 sms. Firstly I can't even make calls with their simcards, secondly I wanted to change my payment date and No one called me back, it is difficult to communicate with RAIN, thirdly they keep trying to debit my account every day, and I'm charged a lot for returned debit order. This is poor service and as customer I'm not happy at all with RAIN telecom.
