Poor service

I completely understand that the 5g towers are off during loadshedding what I struggle to understand is the fact that after years of loadshedding they cannot think of alternatives to assist their customers. I mean this is South Africa and I honestly do not think loadshedding will get less. The thing that gets me is that our Rain increases however we get less connectivity, that I have to buy an additional wifi from a different provider.

We spoke to 3 agents today and they all were so rude. The customer service is pathetic.
