Poor service

Hi, this service is not up to standard. I phoned and I spoke to Lungile regarding the service. she advised me that the 5G network port in my area is damaged since 12 July. She further advised the technician will call me. Now I am trying to call them for a follow-up, but their number doesn't get through ("The destination number has not been recognized"). The second thing is both Sim cards, are not making calls, or sending SMSs. only data can be used. When calling the sim numbers they also give the same "The destination number has not been recognized". I have thoughts of canceling this service. It is useless to me.
