Poor service

Rain issued me a wrong sim card on 1 July 2021, the ICCID on the sim card does not correspond with the ICCID on my profile and I am unable to connect to the internet as the sim card I have has not been registered. I contacted rain severally and the matter has not yet been resolved. It's been 5 days now with no access to the internet, although I am paying for their service.
