POOR SERVICE

SHOCKING SERVICE, been waiting 2 weeks to have my router replaced still it gets delivered to the incorrect address today and the nerve of them informing I should wait another 3 to 5 days for re delivering to correct address, also cannot advise on a credit note for the past 2bweeks without service , call centre just put me on hold for 30 minutes I WORK REMOTELY AND NEED MY ROUTER TODAY
