Poor serive from Rain Consultants handling queries

Good day.

I am writing this email to express my sincere disappointment in your services and how you handled my order from ordering my package to it not being registered to me.

Then a request for refund after the first call I received from you guys 3 weeks ago to when I called in last week Monday. 8 days later your billing calls me yes I missed a call but called back and sent numerous emails still no communication from Rain.

This has been an experience I never want to sign up for Rain again.
