Poor rain service internet.

What is going on with rain these days!!? I have been experiencing multiple internet issues and it hasn't been working for weeks now but they keep taking money from my bank account but the internet still doesn't work. I've tolerated this way too enough but I'm tired now. Rain please fix this problem as in yesterday!!! I'm sick and tired.
