Poor rain service !!!

Barely able to send this review. Back to poor to no speeds on rain. Thought I had sorted out this problem months ago, after spending a whole weekend on the phone with a technician. Now just get generic robotic emails back, clearly with no idea on the previous problem and my specific area. A problem easily fixed on their end, blocking the search on specific cell towers I don’t get reception. Can’t wait for fiber in my area !!
