Poor Rain service

I am a new client (again), and the quality of the rain service is absolutely poor. The 5G network is more like a 2G network. Basically, you paying for a service that you don't even receive. My CellC network is way faster and more reliable. All the call centre can say is that the towers in the Germiston area are offline.....so why cant they fix it....disgusted with their service delivery.
