Poor Rain service

Basically only giving ons because there is no minus 1 star. Pathetic service. Have been struggling with this network for the past few weeks and just keeps getting worse. I work from hom and cannot afford not to be connected to the network. Poor poor service. I have signed up with another service provider and will advise everyone I know who has Rain to move away from them.
