Poor Rain service

I have a internet speed of 0.15 mbps avg and the coverage map shows 4 and 5G available. I have logged numerous calls and eventually got a reply with some steps i need to take to better the signal. After i did all the steps the problem stayed the same. I rep**** to the technician and he just ignored me. It has been 2 weeks now and still nothing!
