POOR Rain Network

Every evening from 7PM the internet drops and WiFi switches off. i tried to restart my router but it still does the same... Its been going on for about 4 weeks now and I am starting to regret that I have Rain Internet Instead if fiber.... Please fix or i will be getting a new Internet provider.
