Poor Rain mobile(data only sim) customer service

Extremely poor service! I bought a sim card from rain and it was delivered 3 days ago. I have tried emailing them countless times and there has been absolutely no assistance from them.

My sim is still not working and i have already payed for this sim. All i need is for them to activate my sim so i can use it. I am extremely disapointed.
