poor Rain internet speed

poor reception on Rain unlimited home 5G standard R699 month to month. For every one hour each day, the internet lights off. No connection. Speed is not more than 3Mbps even though they advertised "up to" 30Mbps on their website. The internet is slow. Can't watch Netflix or whatsapp calls. They have refused to come and collect their CPE after several complaints and refund me. Poor reception, poor customer service, poor social media brand monitoring
