Poor Rain Internet service

Rain internet Worse service ever, internet offline and online all day long at night you don't have internet at all (mostly connected without internet) Customer service is only good when they try to sell you this rain internet service After that emails not answered at all it takes up to 10 days for an answer Then your first payment is with your bank card leasing you to believe to pay this service with your bank card witch was fine but then when phoned customer care was advised that payment will be done via debit order ( I did not authorize payment via debit order at all) and in the same sentence I was told that sometimes the debit orders does not go off from your bank and then you will have to pay via your bank card 4G card .... only one device can connect the other device will not have internet at all. When they wanted to sell me the 5G uncapped internet card they advised me that we have coverage When I wanted to upgrade from the 4G to 5G they had no coverage in Gauteng in my area I moved to web Africa and they are the best With fiber then vodacom fiber is also useless they will try and send debit orders to your bank if their is no money available when you make a cash deposit on your account they will not know about it and keep billing you with endless phone calls nothing was done with rain and vodacom
