Poor Rain Internet Connectivity

For nearly two weeks now I am having problems with my Rain Internet. The company seems to have retrenched all its staff and replaced it with a highly stupid AI Bod that has no feeling or understanding of technology. So, if you have problems with your Rain Internet then nobody can help you.
