Poor Rain Internet

Ive been using Rain 5G for the past 3 years and for the last year their network coverage have been very poor. Their customer care sucks. Upon calls they tell you they cant tell you how long the service will be down as they do notbhave contact with the technicians. Secondly they take the R1000.00 per month but we normally have coverage for about 1 week per month. Innspeaking with customer care they told me they will not bill me the full amount but every month they deduct the full amount. Im sock of their poor service and will be cancelling my subscription.
