Poor Rain 5G connection

Rain 5G is one of the worst internet service provider. I remember I started with 4G back 2018 before everyone adopted it and it was fast then eventually when people subscribed to it, it became slower. Same story with the Rain 5G, it started fast but now it is slow. I can barely connect to more that 2mps but I am paying R1000 (premium service). I regret recommending rain 5G to some of my complex residents and I will surely be recommending Fibre to the soon.

The problem is that when I call network support, they keep telling me the position of my router is the problem and initially that position was the best position, hence I installed it outside in a fixed position. They don't want to accept that the tower I am connected to is faulty and don't want to fix it. Please don't waste your time with this service if you live around Groblerpark, Witpoortjie or Lindhaven.
