Poor QUality Service from Rain

Hi Continously have poor internet speed even though I am on 5G package. This has deteroiated over the years and where speeds of download 4.9 and 2.1. This was reported to rain and i recived the following feedback

As per our telephonic discussion , I have escalated this query to our logistics team to assist with a SWAP Out .

I have escalated this to the network support team to have a look at the connection issues and investigate further.

Lastly I have also escalated the matter to the Billing support team regarding your monthly billing .
