POOR QUALITY ROUTER

Situated in Gauteng. My rain router was delivered today and I have never been able to secure a connection. Walked around both inside and outside the house tracking the blue dot on the map like a fool. Its ridiculous!!!! Worst service ever. I am sure it was impossible for its call centre to cope with the complaints and definitely not closed due to covid. I am unable to work with this worthless device.
