Poor product and terrible service

Terrible service. If I can zero stars I would. Waiting on the phone (helpline) for 25 minutes every time then get cut off. Send mails to support no response for weeks. The product (5G) does not work and we can't even get 4G service. Can't cancel the service and they keep billing
