Poor poor service

I wish I could give them a negative star, I haven’t had internet connection for the past week. You call their customer care and all they ask you to do is switch it on and off, are your people even trained with this? Am so frustrated. Rain is not reliable it’s not something I can recommend and am not going to use going forward, you have lost a customer in me.
